Account Executive

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established and efficient routing pattern.
• Analyzes entire account base by visiting each account and identifying opportunities; completes all necessary surveys and ensures national account compliance where applicable.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers by balancing the company’s priorities and customers’ needs to include new products, well and back bar placements and resets, drink and wine lists, and promotions.
• Maintains product levels in accounts by taking inventory and restocking shelves (where legally permissible).
• Educates account staff on priority brands by administering educational staff training seminars.
• Manages customer account receivables by timely processing of credits and returns and communicating with accounts on aged receivables.
• Services accounts by delivering products to customers in extenuating circumstances, handling customer issues and complaints and referring these issues, as appropriate, to management.
• Achieves sales and merchandising objectives.
• Strategizes/preplans on how best to achieve objectives by understanding company pricing and product programming information on a monthly basis and maintaining accurate historical account purchase information.
• Understands and works with management on inventory levels by being aware of current inventory and out of stock situations and by alerting management to possible fluctuations in demand.
• Attains standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume, and activity goals of supplier brands as set by management.
• Ensures maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account standards as determined by management and using effective and current point of sale materials when appropriate.
• Obtains payments for company by collecting and delivering checks or other remittance from accounts where legally permissible.
• Supports account openings by developing opening orders for new accounts in collaboration with Field Sales Manager.
• Participates in effective supplier work with sales calls and sales blitzes.
• Conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public while responsibly handling beverage alcohol product.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Convenience Sales Representative

Security Engineer

• Own and evolve the enterprise cloud security architecture across AWS, SaaS platforms, hybrid infrastructure, applications, networking, and operational technologies, ensuring alignment with business strategy and risk tolerance.
• Define and implement AWS-native security architectures including identity, encryption, network segmentation, logging, detection, and governance capabilities, to enable secure and scalable cloud adoption.
• Support the re-architecture and migration of Azure workloads to AWS, ensuring security-by-design principles are embedded throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Design, implement and enforce Zero Trust security models to ensure protection of cloud and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps and cloud infrastructure teams to embed security into DevOps pipelines, leveraging automation for vulnerability management, code scanning, configuration validation and continuous compliance.
• Support the establishment and oversee cloud identity and access management (IAM) strategies, including federation, least privilege, just in time access, identity governance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Integrate with multiple IdPs including Entra ID and SAP IAS.
• Establish tailored governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks for cloud adoption, including policy-as-code and automated compliance monitoring aligned to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor emerging cloud services, regulatory changes, and threat trends to proactively assess risk and advise leadership on security posture and mitigation strategies.
• Lead and develop cloud security architecture and engineering teams, setting technical direction, delivery priorities, and performance expectations.
• Provide architectural oversight and subject matter expertise for enterprise and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring security outcomes are consistently achieved.
• Own and evolve the cloud security tools, platforms, and services portfolio to maximize effectiveness and return on investment.

• Supports the execution of internal communications to engage corporate, functional and market-based associates.
• Promotes alignment to corporate vision & mission ensuring consistent messaging.
• Serves as primary editor of the company intranet SharePoint site and crafts internal communications content.
• Develops relationships with key stakeholders to identify communication opportunities that advance company interests.

Director, Corporate Communications

Outside Sales

• Manages and coaches a team of sales representatives.
• Conducts effective one-on-one sales meeting with sales representatives by communicating sales objectives and programs, identifying opportunities, reviewing performance against goals, and guiding team members on how to close gaps.
• Develops and reviews performance enhancement plans for each sales representative by maintaining training files, conducting evaluations, monitoring 90-day evaluations on new hires, performing coaching calls, filling out MBOs and following up on progress as needed.
• Addresses any skill deficiencies of sales representatives by developing customized coaching plans, tracking progress, and recording improvement against them.
• Pre-plans prior to the beginning of each sales period by holding a one-on-one meeting with each representative, strategizing on how best to achieve goals and objectives, and when applicable, helping representatives define target accounts.
• Participates in the associate interview and selection processes by working with human resources to source candidates, schedule interviews, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
• Demonstrates strong customer orientation by maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying account opportunities, performing customer business reviews, developing opening orders with new accounts, selling-in resents of stores, managing open territories and resolving customer complaints.
• Manages supplier surveys by planning routes, pre-surveying accounts, conducting surveys with suppliers, recapping the survey and scheduling sales representatives as needed.
• Coordinates supplier ride-withs by collaborating with Business Managers in the scheduling of sales representatives.
• Resolves customer issues by following appropriate administrative processes and company policies and escalating issues to management as appropriate.
