Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze B2B eCommerce sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer purchasing behaviors, segmentation, and sales funnel effectiveness
Work closely with sales, marketing, and eCommerce teams to implement data-driven strategies
Support sales teams with data-backed insights to improve digital adoption and customer engagement
Collaborate with IT and business intelligence teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting automation
Stay informed on industry benchmarks, competitor performance, and emerging trends in B2B digital sales

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics possessing skills in attention to detail
3+ years of project data collection, interfaces and processes
Strong business acumen including understanding of sales and commercial support in wholesale Beverage Alcohol distribution or similar B2B industries
Ability to analyze complex problems
Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables)
Must have good verbal/written communication skills
Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
