Lead a team of six to seven highly experienced Account Executives focused on Braze’s Customer Journey Orchestration platform
Hire, nurture, and develop world-class sales talent in the Emerging Enterprise segment
Set and execute customer acquisition, renewal, and expansion strategy across Northern Europe
Ensure renewal health is a central focus to drive consistent retention and long-term growth
Align go-to-market teams (BDR, Marketing, Value Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Executive) to deliver against the annual plan
Coach the team through the full sales cycle, actively participate in key opportunities, and provide accurate, detailed sales forecasting
Represent Braze in prospect, customer, and industry forums as a trusted voice and thought leader
Operate at both strategic and operational levels, balancing vision with execution
Contribute to Braze’s broader enterprise and global sales leadership team, sharing strategy and best practices
Report to the Senior Area Vice President for the region and be based in Braze’s London office
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of successful experience leading a team of at least five quota-carrying, new business-focused Account Executives
Proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
Experience leading teams through the full lifecycle of a SaaS customer: prospecting, acquisition, renewals, retention, and expansion
Strong track record of balancing new business generation with existing account growth and renewal outcomes
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Sales Operations
Outstanding verbal, written, and in-person presentation skills
Excellent commercial and legal negotiation skills
Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to engage multiple customer personas across industries, including technical, product, and marketing stakeholders
Awareness of digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile space
Prior experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology is a strong plus
Prior experience in a high-growth, startup technology environment is a plus
