Serve as a technical thought leader across industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets
Partner with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams
Mentor Solutions Consultants and provide technical leadership
Operate at the intersection of technology and storytelling to demonstrate how Braze’s platform delivers value
Conduct pre-sales engagements, demos, and technical validation; support sales to build prospective customer confidence
Travel up to 50% at peak times to support sales and customer engagements
Requirements
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills
Team player
High level of intellectual curiosity
Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team
Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML)
Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success
Ability to mentor Solutions Consultants
Willingness to travel up to 50% at peak times
