About the role
- Research accounts and identify target accounts
- Develop and action communication plans via phone, email, LinkedIn, video to generate new business opportunities (pipeline)
- Build account strategies with Account Executives and prioritize outreach to relevant stakeholders
- Conduct discovery phone calls and high-level conversations with C-suite executives about business goals and customer engagement challenges
- Demonstrate the value of Braze through value-orientated pitches and solution demonstrations
- Qualify early stage deals and manage meeting scheduling and handoffs to sales
- Meet outreach KPIs, set meetings, carry out discovery and qualification to hit quota
- Attend events to generate new leads and participate in team collaboration and learning in-office
