Financial Planning and Analysis

• Partner for the Commercial Organization and cross-functional groups providing reporting, analytical insights, and process improvement
• Hybrid role: 3 days on-site at corporate office in Rancho Cucamonga, CA
• Build reports, track and measure results, execute financial analyses, deliver forecasts and annual budgets
• Analyze large volumes of data, identify trends, ensure data integrity
• Develop analysis and reporting related to Gross Sales, Cost of Goods and Inventory
• Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecast accuracy and budget efficiency
• Provide analyses and comparisons of current and historic Sales/Inventory trends and recommend improvements
• Support business leaders to improve processes and drive profitability with analytics and reports
• Design and conduct complex ad hoc analyses; develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, and scorecards
• Identify emerging risk issues and present analyses to senior management
• Provide reports and insights for internal and external presentation decks
• Transform information into business intelligence to support strategic objectives and operational excellence
