About the role
- Summary: Responsible for identifying internal and external opportunities and partnering strategies for Carelon Behavioral Health Employer Solutions.
- Position Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Management; process design and execution; research and analysis; communication and presentation; advisory and leadership; logistics and travel.
- The role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week with hybrid/remote flexibility; alternate locations may be considered

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience in Employer Group market segment
- Demonstrated ability in leading and monitoring successful programs
- Demonstrated leadership in owning and managing profit and loss (P&L) helpful but not required
- Strong ability and management key stakeholder relations strategies across a matrixed organization
