About the role

  • Drive the sales process from BotCity's high clients, including but not limited to, presentations, product demonstrations and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the sales base.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customers' needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Track industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to enhance the company’s offerings and market positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Develop deep, trust-based relationships that lead to joint business planning, innovation opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Contribute to BotCity's Strategic Plan by providing insights on Enterprise customers and market trends.
  • Report to the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management or Enterprise sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in software sales in the RPA, Intelligent Automation, or iPaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large accounts and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills to engage with senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator.
  • Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support events and meet the team.
  • English - Fluent.
  • Preferred: Experience with global accounts and managing sales cycles with clients involving multiple stakeholders across different regions.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of specific industry verticals (especially but not limited to finance, technology) and their unique business challenges.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
