About the role
- Work directly with the CEO to generate new business and grow client base.
- Drive outreach to dealerships using cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Use HubSpot and Apollo to identify and engage potential dealership clients.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand dealership needs, qualify leads, and communicate EngagedAi’s value proposition.
- Manage sales pipeline from first contact to scheduled demo and book demos.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.
- Provide insights on messaging, outreach strategies, and industry trends to refine approach.
- Stay informed about automotive sales trends and dealership challenges to effectively communicate solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and lead qualification.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM; familiarity with Apollo is a plus.
- Experience selling software solutions to car dealerships or within the automotive industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with digital tools and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote startup environment.
