About the role
- Convert inquiries into clients and guide families through in-home care services
- Conduct in-home assessments and sales consultations
- Guide families through admissions and care planning
- Match clients with caregivers and coordinate schedules
- Collaborate with marketing for referrals and follow-ups
- Participate in on-call rotation every 3–4 weeks
- Use consultative sales skills, relationship expertise, and client management experience to help seniors live safely at home while growing the business
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or high school diploma + 2 yrs supervisory/home care experience or state approved equivalent
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to influence decision-making
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Alignment with values of compassion, integrity, and reliability
