As an Operations Analyst at Booksy, you'll be the backbone of our local Go-to-Market team in Spain, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You'll support our GTM leadership by executing day-to-day tasks and maintaining data accuracy, all while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Here's how you’ll make an impact:
Support sales planning and execution. You’ll help with sales planning activities like territory assignments, quota documentation, and compensation tracking under the guidance of senior team members.
Deliver data-driven insights. You’ll prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics for local GTM stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional collaboration. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support the launch of new offers or campaigns.
Track and report on key initiatives. You'll track and report on the progress of GTM initiatives, identifying issues or bottlenecks and escalating them as needed.
Lead by example. You’ll participate in cross-functional meetings, taking notes and following up on action items to ensure alignment and accountability.
Identify areas for improvement. You'll proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to optimize workflows and drive efficiency.
Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience in a high-growth environment such as a consulting firm, startup, or scale-up.
Basic proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
A natural curiosity and an analytical mindset for solving problems and suggesting improvements.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
