• Assemble and install rigging systems to support cameras around the court
• Conduct rigging activities in compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Follow risk assessments and ensure equipment is securely fastened and stable
• Run cables neatly to prevent trip hazards
• Safely handle and transport rigging and camera equipment
• Ensure tools and hardware are in proper working condition
• Adjust camera positions and rigging setups to project requirements
• Troubleshoot rigging or mechanical issues during installation
• Collaborate with camera system operators, technical team, and event coordinators to achieve desired camera angles and shots
• Stay in contact with Bolt6 operators during matches and address arising issues
• Safely dismantle rigging systems and cables after events
• Perform necessary maintenance or repairs on rigging equipment
• Pack cameras, cables, and kit into designated cases

Operations

• Operate our technology for the biggest sporting federations around the world.
• This will include: Travelling to various destinations to deliver our products in-person, on-site.
• Install hardware and software systems, including cameras, servers, and cabling.
• Leading on live testing with customers.
• Investigate and interrogate our technology to find problems and edge cases that may cause the technology to fail in a live scenario.
• Assisting with kit design.
• Testing and documenting new software.
• Be involved in the organisation and delivery of large-scale projects.

• Coordinate travel and people movement for operators and production staff, ensuring the right people arrive at the right location, at the right time, ready to work effectively.
• Book and manage travel including flights, accommodation, ground transport, itineraries, and last-minute changes across multiple international events.
• Manage visa requirements for travelling staff, ensuring applications, documentation, timelines, and entry requirements are handled accurately and proactively.
• Control travel budgets, tracking costs, identifying efficiencies, and helping ensure event travel is planned and delivered within budget.
• Provide clear travel communication to staff, ensuring operators and production teams have accurate itineraries, booking details, and relevant event information before departure.
• Support freight coordination where required, assisting with shipment tracking and documentation as a secondary part of the role.
• Continuously improve travel and logistics processes, identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and minimise risk.

• Proactively identify, engage, and secure high-calibre talent, building strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future roles, enabling the business to scale efficiently and reducing time-to-hire.

• Promote a positive health and safety culture across the business through training, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate company events, team socials, and employee engagement initiatives, helping to foster a positive and inclusive culture.

• Create and update sales decks based on existing templates, briefs, and input from the business development team.
• Write and edit marketing content such as promotional videos and social media posts.
• Take ownership of the company website, including content updates, optimisation, and ongoing management to support business and marketing objectives.
• Turn rough notes, call recordings, or outlines into clear, well-structured presentation slides.
• Edit and format slides for clarity, consistency, and visual quality (layout, alignment, fonts, etc.).
