About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own operational performance.
  • Continuously assess the capability of our operations teams, identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives that raise performance across every sport.
  • Design and deliver training.
  • Build engaging onboarding, technical and advanced training programmes, from classroom sessions and documentation through to practical simulations and competitive training events.
  • Prepare teams for the future.
  • Lead readiness programmes for new sports, products and workflows.
  • Coach and develop operators.
  • Drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience operating complex technical broadcast, live production or sports technology systems under pressure.
  • A deep technical understanding of live operations and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues confidently.
  • Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
  • A proactive mindset - you don't wait to be asked.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across different sports simultaneously.
  • A passion for helping others improve and creating high-performing teams.
