About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assemble and install rigging systems to support cameras around the court
Conduct rigging activities in compliance with safety standards and regulations
Follow risk assessments and ensure equipment is securely fastened and stable
Run cables neatly to prevent trip hazards
Safely handle and transport rigging and camera equipment
Ensure tools and hardware are in proper working condition
Adjust camera positions and rigging setups to project requirements
Troubleshoot rigging or mechanical issues during installation
Collaborate with camera system operators, technical team, and event coordinators to achieve desired camera angles and shots
Stay in contact with Bolt6 operators during matches and address arising issues
Safely dismantle rigging systems and cables after events
Perform necessary maintenance or repairs on rigging equipment
Pack cameras, cables, and kit into designated cases

Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and on catwalks

Experience in rigging at sports events or concerts (nice to have)
Knowledge of camera rigging systems and various types of rigging hardware and techniques (nice to have)
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to rigging and working at heights (nice to have)
