💰 $111,350 - $163,750 per year
About the role
- Provide daily executive support to the HR Director of Total Quality to align, connect, and coordinate business and functional activities
- Create and drive an integrated concept of operations (ConOps) to integrate BCA, Total Quality, and HR operating rhythms delivering a cohesive People strategy
- Coordinate with peer BCA Strategy & Integration teammates to ensure alignment, share best practices and advocate for the needs of Total Quality
- Lead, support, and execute key HR processes (e.g., Annual Compensation Review (ACR), succession planning, executive movement)
- Serve as the primary integrator for Total Quality talent management activities including executive selection and movement, ensuring coordination with BCA, Airplane Programs, Manufacturing function and other stakeholders
- Utilize data analysis and insight to form longer term objectives and priorities delivering integrated and holistic solutions
- Project management, service delivery, and HR integration responsibilities for BCA Total Quality
- May support a business partner to quickly respond to the needs of the business
- Expected to work 100% onsite at one of the listed locations (Everett or Renton, WA)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis and the ability to present complex data clearly
- Human Resources certification (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role (preferred)
- Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product (preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style (preferred)
- Ability to work 100% onsite at Everett, WA or Renton, WA
- Post-offer drug testing (Drug Free Workplace)
