About the role

  • Report to the Business Operations Senior Manager supporting the EAI&D organization and provide direct support to the Directors in the EAI&D organization
  • Work closely with Directors and the EAI&D Lead to build and enhance organizational operational integration with a strategic focus
  • Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with IDT&S goals
  • Build and maintain operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Lead cross-functional teams in execution of key projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Monitor and report on progress of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Support Directors in preparing materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and strategic documents
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring communication and alignment on strategic priorities
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and drive actions to completion related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience working in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent technical field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior level executives
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as required
  • Experience with Program Management, IT, risk and compliance, and finance (preferred)
  • Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees (preferred)
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills (preferred)
  • Ability to create an environment of inclusion, transparency and trust (preferred)
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements: a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
