About the role
- Report to the Business Operations Senior Manager supporting the EAI&D organization and provide direct support to the Directors in the EAI&D organization
- Work closely with Directors and the EAI&D Lead to build and enhance organizational operational integration with a strategic focus
- Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with IDT&S goals
- Build and maintain operational rhythms, including regular meetings, reporting, and performance metrics
- Lead cross-functional teams in execution of key projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Monitor and report on progress of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Support Directors in preparing materials for executive meetings, including presentations, reports, and strategic documents
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring communication and alignment on strategic priorities
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and drive actions to completion related to operations, risk, and portfolio/financial management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior level executives
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally
- Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- Ability to travel up to 5% as required
- Experience with Program Management, IT, risk and compliance, and finance (preferred)
- Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees (preferred)
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills (preferred)
- Ability to create an environment of inclusion, transparency and trust (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements: a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
