About the role

  • Program manage the development of a modernized Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) system in partnership with the IDT&S Manufacturing and Quality Systems Product Division
  • Lead the integrated product team, managing all aspects of the program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Ensure that project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Work closely with various business units to analyze current manufacturing and quality processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement reengineered workflows that leverage the capabilities of the modernized MOM system
  • Coordinate with data governance teams to develop and implement data strategies that ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across the organization
  • Identify potential risks associated with the program and develop proactive mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate across BDS and IDT&S product teams to enhance operational efficiency and quality

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
  • 5+ years of experience within information technology
  • 5+ years of experience with Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) systems
  • Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
  • Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred) / ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret Clearance post-start
  • Relevant certifications in project or program management (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
