About the role
- Integrate teams of functional process experts and collaborate with the IDT&S Enterprise Business Systems Product Division
- Design and create process optimized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions ensuring functional processes are captured, modeled, and transformed
- Ensure end-to-end business process accuracy using ERP best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional business unit functions to reengineer business processes and align data strategies
- Ensure the new ERP system effectively supports organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency
- Support modernization of PLM, MOM, and ERP systems as part of the Sapphire program
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management
- 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
- 5+ years of experience within information technology
- 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
- Capable of traveling 25% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
- Relevant certifications in project or program management (preferred)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements: be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
