About the role

  • Oversee the design and implementation of interfaces among the PLM, MOM, and ERP systems, ensuring modularity and loose coupling to enhance system flexibility and scalability
  • Lead the development of an integrated data layer that enables standardized communication between Sapphire system of systems authoring/transactional tools, data analysis, decision-support tools, and other systems of record
  • Manage the project lifecycle for integrated Sapphire capabilities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Ensure that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify potential risks related to integrations and interfaces, developing proactive mitigation strategies to address challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
  • 5+ years of experience within information technology
  • 5+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT) Architecture
  • Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience with large-scale system implementations such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in project or program management (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements; must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
