About the role

  • Integrate teams of functional process experts and collaborate with the IDT&S Enterprise Business Systems Product Division
  • Design and create process optimized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions that ensure functional processes are captured, modeled, and transformed
  • Ensure end-to-end business process accuracy making use of the ERP best practices
  • Coordinate cross-functional business unit functions to reengineer business processes and align data strategies
  • Ensure the new ERP system effectively supports organizational goals and enhances operational efficiency
  • Support the Sapphire program modernizing PLM, MOM, and ERP systems for Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS)
  • Collaborate with more than 100 product teams and Boeing business partner leaders
  • Travel approximately 25% as required

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
  • 5+ years of experience within information technology
  • 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
  • Capable of traveling 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in project or program management (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements ("U.S. Person" per 22 C.F.R. §120.15)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
