About the role

  • Prepare the BDS enterprise for modernization by converting foundational systems to the Sapphire system of systems (ERP, MOM, PLM)
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy addressing challenges/opportunities associated with the modernization
  • Establish detailed training plans, design training materials, schedule sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes, tailoring messages to audiences
  • Collaborate with program leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to identify change impacts and develop strategies to address resistance and foster buy-in
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather employee insights and adjust change activities accordingly
  • Track progress of change management initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership on training, communications, and employee readiness

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
  • 5+ years of experience within information technology
  • 5+ years of experience in business and/or organizational change management
  • Capable of traveling 25% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance (Top Secret) post-start; U.S. Citizenship required for clearance
  • Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • 10+ years of experience with large-scale system implementations such as ERP, MOM, and PLM (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in project or program management (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Post-offer drug testing per company policy
