About the role

Program manage the development of a modernized Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system in collaboration with IDT&S and BDS teams
Coordinate business unit functions to reengineer processes and align data strategies
Lead the integrated product team and oversee all aspects of the program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
Ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget constraints
Collaborate with BDS Engineering disciplines to analyze existing processes and implement reengineered workflows leveraging the modernized PLM system
Work with data governance teams to develop and implement data strategies ensuring data integrity, consistency, and accessibility
Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle

10+ years of experience in program or project management
10+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
5+ years of experience within information technology
5+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
Active Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred)
10+ years of experience with Configuration Management systems and Change Management (preferred)
10+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and tools (preferred)
Relevant certifications in project or program management (preferred)
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (preferred)
Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
