About the role

Act as a liaison between the business, IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop strategy
Collaborate directly with business/function to understand problems or initiatives and represent the business within IT
Engage resources, explore alternatives and help deploy solutions with first time quality
Oversee and act as an internal consultant for activities at a strategic/enterprise level between business and IT
Lead education of Business senior leadership on IT service offerings
Direct development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and stakeholders
Oversee identification of risks and impacts and coordinate with senior leadership to approve mitigation plans
Provide input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques and ensure alignment to quality management
Oversee dollars spent, funding, and affordability for applicable business unit

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
4+ years of experience within information technology
2+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Experience with developing strong stakeholder and client relationships (preferred)
Experience with preparing and delivering written materials and verbal presentations (preferred)
Experience with budget estimating and management (preferred)
Experience with collaborating cross functionally across teams (preferred)
Experience working in a complex and changing business environment (preferred)
Experience with IT infrastructure design, Information Security, SAFe, Product Management (preferred)
Must meet export control compliance: must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
