About the role

  • Act as a liaison between the business, IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop strategy
  • Collaborate directly with business/function to understand problems or initiatives and represent the business within IT
  • Engage resources, explore alternatives and help deploy solutions with first time quality
  • Oversee and act as an internal consultant for activities at a strategic/enterprise level between business and IT
  • Lead education of Business senior leadership on IT service offerings
  • Direct development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and stakeholders
  • Oversee identification of risks and impacts and coordinate with senior leadership to approve mitigation plans
  • Provide input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques and ensure alignment to quality management
  • Oversee dollars spent, funding, and affordability for applicable business unit

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
  • 4+ years of experience within information technology
  • 2+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with developing strong stakeholder and client relationships (preferred)
  • Experience with preparing and delivering written materials and verbal presentations (preferred)
  • Experience with budget estimating and management (preferred)
  • Experience with collaborating cross functionally across teams (preferred)
  • Experience working in a complex and changing business environment (preferred)
  • Experience with IT infrastructure design, Information Security, SAFe, Product Management (preferred)
  • Must meet export control compliance: must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
