Identify product and process gaps; lead enhancement efforts focused on the Financial and Clinical Research aspects of the business
Collaborate with business owners to determine technology needs and translate those needs into system requirements and design specifications
Work with IT leadership in the preparation of system development artifacts such as requirements, analysis, process flow and design system documentation including user guides and system administration procedures for portal and workflow applications
Assist in the creation of standardized programmatic reports for the enterprise
Work closely with enterprise and site users to ensure software usage optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance service delivery
Provide tier 2 customer support to the end users
Take ownership of responsibilities, working individually or with teams to accomplish goals
Multitask across tasks and prioritize with management
Ensure project dates and product deliverables are met
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product, Scrum or Agile; strong preferred
Experience on challenging projects with proven delivery track record
Advanced subject matter experience of a service line application
Background in fast-paced environments; knowledge of business process improvement, workflows, and data modeling (21 CFR Part 11 preferred)
Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and design specifications
Strong communication and collaboration with IT leadership and cross-functional teams
