About the role
- Architect and design comprehensive client hardware systems, including processors, memory, and circuit boards
- Lead cross-functional hardware projects from concept through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate hardware components, negotiate contracts, and manage delivery schedules
- Utilize analytics tools to support hardware performance analysis and reporting
- Maintain a strong understanding of networking topologies and Wi-Fi hardware integration to inform architectural decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in hardware architecture practices and vendor management processes
- Analyze and document detailed technical specifications, identifying differences and ensuring compatibility across hardware platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PC Hardware
- 5+ years of project scheduling/program management experience
- 5+ years of vendor management experience
- Experience with analytics tools (desired)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience (preferred)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence/ eXtended Reality technologies (preferred)
- Experience with client networking technologies and Wi-Fi hardware (preferred)
- Ability to build relationships and partner with all levels of employees, including executives (preferred)
- Clear communication and time management skills in dynamic team environments (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance: “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
