About the role
- Manages, develops and motivates individual contributors
- Lead the execution of budget and finance activities
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to your business partner by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations
- Supports the execution of operational statement of work, including their financial performance to budgets / plans and opportunity/risk evaluation
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports, across functions and programs
- This requisition will be used to fill finance Manufacturing manager and finance manager for Customer Support and Airplane Programs Production Engineering
- Hybrid role requiring some onsite work at one of the listed locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, business or related role
- 1+ years of experience leading projects or teams
- 1+ years of experience as a manager of people (preferred)
- Experience presenting and communicating data in senior leadership briefings (preferred)
- Ability to lead execution of budget and finance activities and develop project/process plans
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, collaborative influencing, dynamic communication, and creative thinking skills
- Must meet export control compliance: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
