About the role

  • Responsible for profiling and onboarding Boeing’s entities (e.g., subsidiaries, lab environments, etc.) and their associated technologies into a centralized system of truth
  • Partner with Boeing environment focals to complete technical profiling specifications, including discovery and source systems used to manage assets and services across unique environments
  • Develop environment blueprints and connection patterns for system integration to ServiceNow system of truth following security and threat model specifications
  • Translate technical program requirements to functional and business leaders
  • Manage ongoing technical pre-requisites required to implement and deploy system connections, including identification of issues and risks to completion
  • Monitor connections and completion of asset records by source system
  • Regularly monitor stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Identify process improvements for acceleration and maintenance of onboarding processes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in an IT role
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Operations, IT Service Management, and/or IT audit
  • 5+ years of experience with management of data and documentation
  • 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with all levels from individual contributors to executives
  • 3+ years of experience in deploying IT asset management tools and configuration management databases (CMDB)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, a related field (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working in IT discovery patterns, development and implementation (preferred)
