About the role
- CSCI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Workflow Developer to design, implement, and maintain custom workflows within the ServiceNow platform to support the mission of the End-to-End Systems Management Center (E2E SMC).\n
- In this role, you will drive automation, streamline change management, and integrate with external tools to enhance operational efficiency across critical logistics and IT service functions.\n
- Responsibilities: Design, develop and deploy ServiceNow workflows based on government requirements\n
- Coordinate with Serena Business Management (SBM) stakeholders to migrate legacy workflows\n
- Build and maintain system change request (SCR) and change control board (CCB) workflows\n
- Develop dashboards, reports, and Kanban boards to improve operational visibility and performance tracking\n
- Support outage tracking, firewall request automation, and TLS certificate management activities\n
- Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflow development and configuration\n
- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks, DevOps principles, and cloud-native integrations\n
- Strong analytical and communication skills\n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n
- Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving\n
- Ability to work with clients to understand their needs\n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills\n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n
