About the role
- Oversee all aspects of the facilities operations across India
- Ensure delivery of efficient, safe, sustainable and employee-centric workspaces
- Lead a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally to align facilities strategy with business objectives
- Align facilities strategy with business objectives, supporting corporate growth and operational excellence
- Lead and develop a high-performing FM team and partner with PT, IT, Corporate Services and business leaders
- Drive a culture of service excellence and employee well-being within the workplace experience framework
Requirements
- Bachelor‘s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required (degree in architecture, engineering, real estate or business administration preferred)
- 18+ years of total work experience with at least 10+ years in management preferred
- Experience in facilities and/or property management preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory environment and FM compliance standards
- Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainability programs, and modern workplace design
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing FM team and partner with PT, IT, Corporate Services and business leaders
- Drive a culture of service excellence and employee well-being within the workplace experience framework
