About the role
- Lead and direct a high-performing team of talent development professionals
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies
- Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of talent development programs
- Collaborate with senior leadership, HR partners, and business unit leaders
- Ensure alignment of talent development initiatives with global standards and practices
- Work closely with US-based teams to develop and deploy talent development strategies
- Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent development programs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent development team
Requirements
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in talent development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Understanding of regional talent development trends and practices in India and global teams
