About the role

  • Lead and direct a high-performing team of talent development professionals

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in talent development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Understanding of regional talent development trends and practices in India and global teams
