About the role

  • Implement real estate plans aligned to client's strategic real estate goals
  • Assist with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization, and adherence to client-driven priorities
  • Act as tenant agent and effectively negotiate business terms and conditions for commercial real estate products
  • Support and recommend initiatives to increase revenue and manage business leads
  • Coordinate field broker selection, subject matter experts, and business partners
  • Draft and create analyses and documents including market comparable reports, RFPs, proposal comparison packages, LOIs, and broker opinions of value
  • Coordinate negotiation of sales and negotiate leases, lease amendments, and renewals
  • Monitor lease expirations and manage property acquisitions and disposals within timelines
  • Review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR
  • Work closely with Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance teams to ensure service line integration
  • Monitor and maintain real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion
  • Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties
  • Create MIS for Business Development and track competition, supply, and market intelligence
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and state real estate agency requirements
  • Responsible for quality and data management for overviews, RFPs, templates, case studies, and client presentations
  • Resolve landlord-tenant issues and disputes if required

Requirements

  • Minimum of Graduate Degree
  • 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate industry or Allied Industry experience
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet business revenues targeted
  • Ability to build client relationships with Executive Leadership
  • Team player with experience in managing/working in teams
  • Experience acting as tenant agent and negotiating leases and amendments
  • Knowledge of financial analysis including book and cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR
  • Experience preparing market comparable reports, RFPs, LOIs, and broker opinions of value
  • Adherence to state real estate agency requirements
