About the role

  • Define and execute the marketing vision that elevates Bluefish’s brand, drives demand, and establishes us as the category leader in AI marketing.
  • Own brand strategy, demand generation, communications, and product marketing—while building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that drives awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
  • Position Bluefish AI as the category-defining leader in AI marketing through compelling messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership.
  • Lead programs across digital, content, events, and partnerships that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers. Create sales enablement materials that empower our go-to-market teams.
  • Secure speaking opportunities, media coverage, analyst relations, and partnerships that extend Bluefish’s visibility.
  • Partner closely with the CEO, CRO, and Product leadership to align marketing with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a world-class marketing team to scale with the company’s growth.
  • Establish KPIs, track performance, and use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Proven success in building and scaling marketing teams and functions from early-stage to growth.
  • Deep expertise across brand, demand generation, product marketing, communications, and events.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Martech, or B2B SaaS markets.
  • Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing strategies.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills—equally strong at setting vision and rolling up sleeves to execute.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
