Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that drives awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
Position Bluefish AI as the category-defining leader in AI marketing through compelling messaging, storytelling, and thought leadership.
Lead programs across digital, content, events, and partnerships that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
Translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with enterprise buyers. Create sales enablement materials that empower our go-to-market teams.
Secure speaking opportunities, media coverage, analyst relations, and partnerships that extend Bluefish’s visibility.
Partner closely with the CEO, CRO, and Product leadership to align marketing with company goals and revenue targets.
Hire, coach, and develop a world-class marketing team to scale with the company’s growth.
Establish KPIs, track performance, and use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Requirements
10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies.
Proven success in building and scaling marketing teams and functions from early-stage to growth.
Deep expertise across brand, demand generation, product marketing, communications, and events.
Strong understanding of AI, Martech, or B2B SaaS markets.
Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing strategies.
Excellent executive presence and communication skills—equally strong at setting vision and rolling up sleeves to execute.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
