About the role

  • We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution for our core product, Close Automation. This Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of FloQast’s core solutions, driving innovation in accounting workflow automation, and delivering measurable value to our customers. This role involves leading a team of talented Product Managers, defining product vision, and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. *Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing Product Managers, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong understanding of software development, web technologies, and ideally, familiarity with accounting, finance, or workflow automation processes, primarily in the enterprise space. Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent. Experience engaging with customers to gather insights and translate feedback into actionable product strategies. Demonstrated success collaborating with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver impactful products. Ability to define and execute a product vision that aligns with market trends and company goals, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional ability to communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and value propositions to internal teams, executives, and customers. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Experience in accounting, finance, or fintech industries, with an understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, or compliance processes. Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application in SaaS products. Experience scaling products in a high-growth, pre-IPO or public company environment.
