Account Executive

• Cultivate relationships with executives in the mid-market space to close new business deals
• Drive the sales cycle by coordinating and performing product demos and follow up calls, conduct pricing negotiations and contract process while meeting or exceeding revenue quota

Account Executive – Corporate

Recruitment

• Manage the recruitment process including reviewing applicants, sourcing, scheduling and conducting initial recruiter phone interviews for both inbound and sourced candidates.
• Creatively source candidates from multiple channels including referrals, research, networking events, universities, etc. for roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines and databases of qualified candidates by prospecting on a daily basis.
• Effectively handle scheduling phone interviews and on-site interviews for assigned roles.
• Provide superior candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle with timely and respectful follow-ups to candidates and attention to detail in written and verbal communication.
• Optimize and maintain job postings and candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever).
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on various recruiting projects, process improvements and other administrative tasks.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Contract

Growth Marketing

• Act as the connective tissue between Transform and all GRO functions, ensuring GTM alignment as the product scales from early adoption to broad market penetration.
• Own and continuously iterate our AI/Transform positioning in BDR outreach, adapting messaging and strategy based on market feedback and perception.
• Develop frameworks for AI & Transform lead generation across different sales motions (e.g., PLG vs. Enterprise), partnering with BDRs, Marketing, and Alliances to optimize pipeline creation.
• Support creation of case studies, one-pagers, on-demand demos, and other collateral that equip the field and partners to tell the Transform story effectively.
• Ideate, run, and measure ad-hoc strategic initiatives to optimize top-of-funnel performance across different customer segments.
• Provide hands-on support to the GM on priority projects spanning GTM, sales strategy, and cross-functional execution.

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for CI/CD across the organization, with primary ownership of our GitHub Actions ecosystem.
• Architect reusable workflow templates, composite actions, and standardized deployment pipelines.
• Establish guardrails for secure, compliant, and scalable build and release processes.
• Drive pipeline performance optimization (build times, caching strategies, parallelization, artifact management).

Staff Software Engineer – Developer Experience

Manager

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Alliance Managers and Associates, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Design and execute the North America consulting partnership roadmap, aligning team quotas and activities with FloQast’s overarching revenue targets.
• Establish standardized playbooks for partner onboarding and enablement to ensure a consistent and scalable experience across the NA region.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking team KPIs, pipeline health, and partner-sourced revenue via SalesforceBuild and deepen relationships with strategic partners, including Big Four and other top advisory firms.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to bridge the gap between our consulting partners and Account Executives, ensuring seamless workflows and territory alignment.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to develop specialized campaigns, webinars, and regional events tailored to the OCFO (Office of the CFO) audience.
• Act as a feedback loop between our most strategic partners and the Product team, ensuring the FloQast roadmap continues to solve the complex needs of the accounting advisory ecosystem.

Manager, Strategic Alliances

Account Manager

• Lead and grow a book of business for existing mid-market clients, proactively identifying white space opportunities to effectively expand partnerships within the FloQast customer base
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations
• Manage the full lifecycle renewal, ensuring on-time growth and customer expansion, in partnership with the CSM team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts in Salesforce.com
• Provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
• Act as a market expert, by continuously researching key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is communicated with authority and precision

• Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (including Controllers, Accounting Managers, CFOs, Business Systems/Operations, and IT) within our mid-market accounts.
• Deliver Consultative Solutions: Provide great customer service, product assistance, training, and tailored, consultative solutions to help clients achieve their close management and accounting operational goals within your assigned book of business.
• Drive Engagement: Respond to all client inquiries, offer comprehensive product training, and establish regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product/Engineering, Sales, Executive Leadership, and Professional Services, sharing insights based on the specific needs of your clients.
• Advocate for Clients: Understand the unique business needs of your accounts and provide direct product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage Renewals: Work in partnership with Account Management to strategize and manage the client renewal process, aiming for a high annual retention rate and strong net retention quarter over quarter.
• Support Growth Initiatives: Strategize with Sales and Account Management to expand the pipeline within your accounts and assist in closing new business or pilots.
• Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Collaborate closely with Professional Services to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing success for clients.
• Become a Product Expert: Develop deep product expertise, staying up-to-date on the latest features and functionality.
• Lead Strategic Meetings: Plan and lead in-person client meetings to expand our footprint, foster end-user adoption, and mitigate churn.
• Develop Account Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for each customer. This plan will outline all global teams' and business units' goals and objectives, associated timelines, an expansion blueprint for leveraging all modules, and your tactics for engaging the entire user base. These plans will also include documented product requests/challenges and their status updates.
• Track Key Metrics: Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results, NRR, CSQOs).
