• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform components, including shared services, APIs, and foundational user & admin experiences.

• The Account Executive will join the direct sales team to obtain new clients for FloQast's Accounting Workflow Automation solution
• Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals targeting opportunities with multi million dollar revenue or more
• Drive the sales cycle by coordinating and performing product demos and follow up calls, conduct pricing negotiations and contract process while meeting or exceeding revenue quota
• Network with potential clients to create and maintain a robust new business pipeline with regular prospect follow-up and nurturing
• Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape, product value and customer needs to effectively position FloQast
• Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers via outbound efforts (phone, email and social media)
• Coordinate post-sale launch call between customer and the FloQast implementation team to ensure smooth handoff

We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and customer-obsessed Director of Product Management to lead our product strategy and execution for our core product, Close Automation. This Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of FloQast’s core solutions, driving innovation in accounting workflow automation, and delivering measurable value to our customers.
This role involves leading a team of talented Product Managers, defining product vision, and collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Director of Product

Project Manager

• Manage implementation projects for upmarket and strategic customers, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope
• Lead projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating timelines, guiding deliverables, and driving customer success alongside Accounting Technology Consultants (ATCs)
• Create and maintain project plans, internal/external timelines, and client-facing status reports
• Act as primary point of contact for project communications with internal and client stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
• Drive adoption across all purchased modules and support FloQast implementation best practices
• Partner with ATCs or Partner Implementation Consultants to coordinate task execution and provide timely, responsive client support
• Participate in pre-sale conversations to align scope and timing expectations
• Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and coach ATCs serving as setup leads
• Track time diligently and manage multiple projects and priorities with effective organization and communication
• Work in-office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday); expanding to 4 days per week (adding Mondays) starting in 2026
