About the role

  • Regularly update existing ServiceNow applications to ensure compatibility with new ServiceNow releases and features
  • Certify applications by ensuring they meet ServiceNow standards and guidelines
  • Tracking changes in future certifications and providing requirements for updates to meet certifications.
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow Certification Team to address any issues raised during the certification process
  • Fix bugs, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with ServiceNow Store requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end process of certifying and publishing applications to the ServiceNow Store
  • Ensure application performance and reliability post-upgrade
  • Design, develop, and implement new applications using ServiceNow, integrating them with BlueCat products
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications
  • Develop and document best practices for BlueCat product integrations within ServiceNow
  • Create and customize Spokes for ServiceNow integrations
  • Provide technical expertise to optimize integration strategies for scalability and performance
  • Collaborate with technical project managers, integration architects, and software architects to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of development processes, automation, and system performance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, including ServiceNow updates and releases
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom spoke development
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB or other ServiceNow modules
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
