About the role

  • Design, develop, implement, and test new functionalities using ServiceNow
  • Configure, develop, and test automation solutions for integration into ServiceNow modules
  • Develop methodologies and solutions to complex problems
  • Set up and manage the ServiceNow DevOps module to streamline development and operational workflows
  • Align application data to the CSDM and import data into the CMDB
  • Develop and execute test scripts and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow and DevOps processes
  • Administer and maintain functionality within the ServiceNow platform, monitor system health, and implement corrective actions
  • Provide sustainment and long-term maintenance, including routine maintenance tasks such as data imports and system configurations
  • Collaborate with developers and automation engineers and contribute to key deliverables and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and PPM
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on module configurations and integrations with other tools
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, particularly DevOps
  • Experience setting up and managing the ServiceNow DevOps module
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Preferred: Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified IT Service Management Implementation Specialist
  • Preferred: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification
  • May be subject to background investigation and drug testing as required for access authorization or counterintelligence evaluation
