  • We are seeking a ServiceNow BCM (Business Continuity Management) Specialist to design, implement, and manage business continuity processes using the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and manage the Business Continuity Management processes within the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead the configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow CMDB module, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ITOM processes, including event management, incident management, and operational intelligence
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the implementation of new modules
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for IT service management and business continuity standards
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow functionalities to support business objectives
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and business rules
  • Monitor system performance and provide solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Assist in the development of user documentation and training materials for ServiceNow applications
  • Participate in regular audits and reviews to ensure consistent ServiceNow platform improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in BCM, CMDB, and ITOM modules
  • ServiceNow Certification is highly desirable
  • Expertise in configuring and managing the ServiceNow CMDB module
  • Proficient in ITOM processes, including automation, orchestration, and service mapping
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, and server-side/client-side scripting
  • Ability to design and implement custom workflows and applications within ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices and their application in a ServiceNow environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in conducting user training and creating technical documentation
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles
