Test Engineering Internship, Undergraduate

• Develop, manage, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for internal vehicle systems as well as external interfaces with customers and cargo payloads.
• Lead and facilitate agile sprints, including planning, execution, and retrospectives, to drive systems engineering tasks to completion.
• Serve as the Responsible Engineer (RE) for key systems, owning the technical baseline from requirements through verification and validation.

• Support and maintain the complete "RTL-to-GDSII" design flow for ASIC development

CAD Engineer – EDA Automation, Verification Flow

• Architect and deploy mission-critical RF communications systems — from concept through checkout — enabling real-time telemetry, video, and data flows for reusable spacecraft operations
• Own end-to-end system performance, including link budget, phase noise, coverage analyses, and requirements verification across all phases of flight
• Design and execute RF test campaigns spanning bench, integrated systems, and field environments to validate hardware against specifications and ensure full interoperability
• Drive procurement strategy from supplier vetting and selection through ongoing management, ensuring hardware meets rigorous mission requirements
• Define and maintain system architecture, including sizing, requirements derivation, and performance parameters for next-generation communications solutions
• Coordinate critical interfaces across space relay platforms, ground stations, and internal C&DH/payload subsystems to ensure seamless end-to-end connectivity
• Own configuration control and documentation, maintaining detailed functional/logical diagrams, asset inventories, and procedures that keep fast-moving programs on track

RF Communication Engineer III – In Space Systems

• Work directly with Blue engineering teams on projects in support of business units.
• Contribute to the software development life cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand their needs and design solutions.
• Troubleshoot and fix software issues at multiple levels, including both server-side and client side.

• Own valve component and assembly designs from concept development through qualification, ensuring designs meet rigorous safety, reliability, and performance standards
• Apply strong fundamentals in propulsion, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and structural analysis to drive sound design decisions
• Examine non-conforming hardware and develop effective technical resolutions in a timely manner
• Oversee component testing, both standalone and within engine hot fire test environments, ensuring compliance with design requirements and goals
• Utilize CAD tools and GD&T practices to develop precise, manufacturable hardware designs
• Coordinate development activities across program leaders, systems engineers, suppliers, and test groups
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for assigned valve and mechanism development efforts

Director – Software Development

• Develop, decompose, allocate, and manage requirements for structural and mechanical subsystems; maintain end-to-end traceability to lunar mission objectives and program-level requirements.
• Define and control interfaces (ICDs) across mechanical/electrical/software/ops boundaries, including vehicle-to-payload and vehicle-to-ground/support equipment interfaces.
• Plan and execute subsystem/system integration for structures and mechanisms; coordinate across design, analysis, manufacturing, assembly, and test to deliver flight-ready hardware.
• Interface with the Verification team to define verification strategies and methods (test/analysis/inspection/similarity), author and approve verification plans/procedures, and drive verification closure with clear objective evidence.
• Ensure design and verification approaches address lunar environments and operational constraints (thermal extremes, dust/regolith considerations, vacuum, launch loads, landing loads/shock, reliability/operability).
• Lead/participate in anomaly investigations and FRACAS activities; perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
