About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for internal vehicle systems as well as external interfaces with customers and cargo payloads.
  • Lead and facilitate agile sprints, including planning, execution, and retrospectives, to drive systems engineering tasks to completion.
  • Serve as the Responsible Engineer (RE) for key systems, owning the technical baseline from requirements through verification and validation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve interface challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in a systems engineering role.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing complex Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
  • Experience working within an agile development framework.
  • TS/SCI Clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
