Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with Blue engineering teams on projects in support of business units
Gain hands-on test experience
Design, analysis, test planning, and operation of test systems for testing fluid, propulsion, mechanical, avionics software, structures, GNC, and electronic systems
Some projects will involve working at a test stand and will include working at heights

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining
Completed at least one year of full-time coursework post high school graduation
Available to work full time for 15 weeks while not concurrently enrolled in coursework
Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in Blue Origin's mission
Desired: Test environment experience, Fluid Mechanics, thermodynamics and/or propulsion systems, Component test, FEA, CFD, MATLAB or Simulink, Programming languages including Python, C/ C++
