Serve as a key technical advisor within the sales process, supporting Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs)
Lead compelling product demonstrations and answer advanced product questions
Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Marketing to ensure consistency in technical messaging
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, such as refining demo flows and developing internal resources
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Customer Success Role
Excellent communication and demo facilitation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in nonprofit technology, especially CRM or donor management software
Familiarity with APIs, data migrations, or third-party integrations
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate high-urgency sales scenarios with professionalism
Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.
