About the role
- To assist with the curating and/or creating of Capacity Building material for the Institute
- To create Learning and Training opportunities for the volunteers
- To deliver training initiatives to fulfil the training needs identified within the Institute
- To provide regular administrative support for the learning and development functions
- To assist in the coordination of BCI learning and training sessions
Requirements
- Strong interest in topics central to BCI, such as climate change, climate finance and blockchain technology
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication skills
