Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential customers across the Web3 and cybersecurity ecosystem
Engage with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to build awareness and interest in Blockaid’s solutions
Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted campaigns
Maintain accurate activity and lead information in our CRM systems
Represent Blockaid with professionalism and credibility to a global audience of technical and business decision-makers
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a customer-facing role (preferably in SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Web3)
Strong communication and storytelling skills in English, both written and verbal
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach) – a plus
Passion for blockchain, Web3, and cybersecurity – a strong advantage
