• Prospect and onboard import customers requiring customs clearance (FCL, LCL, air), warehousing, CFS/transloading, drayage, and final-mile delivery.
• Target importers, distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and e-commerce clients.
• Develop vertical-focused strategies (paper, steel, FMCG, consumer goods, industrial cargo, etc.).
• Achieve assigned revenue, GP, and volume targets.
• Design integrated import solutions aligned with client supply chains.
• Collaborate with operations and brokerage teams to structure competitive offerings.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing; manage RFQs and tenders.
• Build strong relationships with logistics and procurement decision-makers.
• Identify upsell opportunities including long-term warehousing and dedicated transport.
• Monitor import trends, regulations, and trucking market conditions.
• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasts.
