About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and engage prospective clients across the technology ecosystem, from high growth startups to enterprise digital functions
  • Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns and market research
  • Build relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers and Founders
  • Schedule and prepare meetings for the Business Development leadership team
  • Build and maintain a healthy, honest pipeline in our CRM
  • Understand each client's talent challenge before positioning our recruitment and HR advisory solutions
  • Track funding rounds, product launches and digital transformation programs and turn market intelligence into opportunity
  • Represent Black & Grey HR at tech events, meetups and industry exhibitions with the presence the brand demands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Attitude and communication matter more than tenure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Natural relationship builder with the confidence to engage senior professionals
  • Genuine curiosity about technology, startups and digital business
  • Self motivated, energetic and target driven
  • Persistent, resilient and organized in follow up
