Business Development Associate
Black & Grey HRBusiness Development Associate at Black & Grey HR focusing on Buildings, Infrastructure, and Industrial Construction. Engage clients and generate meetings for the company's business development leadership team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage prospective clients across buildings, infrastructure and industrial construction
- Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns and market research
- Build relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Project Directors, Commercial Managers, Procurement Heads and Business Owners
- Schedule and prepare meetings for the Business Development leadership team
- Build and maintain a healthy, honest pipeline in our CRM
- Understand each client's hiring challenge before positioning our recruitment and HR advisory solutions
- Track project awards, tenders and construction pipelines and turn market intelligence into opportunity
- Represent Black & Grey HR at networking events and industry exhibitions with the presence the brand demands
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Attitude and communication matter more than tenure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural relationship builder with the confidence to engage senior professionals
- Strong commercial awareness and genuine curiosity about the construction industry
- Self motivated, energetic and target driven
- Persistent, resilient and organized in follow up
