About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Built Environment positions across multiple client accounts
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and database searches
  • Understand client requirements, job specifications, and industry-specific hiring needs
  • Conduct initial HR screening, candidate assessments, and suitability evaluations
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and recruitment trackers
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Meet recruitment targets and contribute to team hiring goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Built Environment industry
  • Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously across construction, engineering, architecture, infrastructure, or real estate sectors
  • Strong understanding of Built Environment job functions, terminology, and market trends
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple client requirements
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-building skills
  • Consultancy recruitment experience is highly preferred
  • Experience recruiting for GCC or international markets is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred
