• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for BJAK’s video content.
• Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Produce content ranging from corporate storytelling to fast-turnaround social media videos.
• Edit videos with strong attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality.
• Perform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with BJAK’s brand identity across all content.
• Manage multiple editing timelines while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to bring ideas to life.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce cohesive content.
• Handle the full production process, including media management, equipment setup, and exporting.
• Maintain organized archives of raw footage, edited files, and project assets.
• Troubleshoot technical or equipment issues during shoots or editing.
• Stay updated on video trends, social media formats, and best practices.
• Experiment with new techniques and styles to improve engagement.
• Suggest improvements to workflows for faster and smoother production.

Strategy

• Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, OKRs, and high-impact initiatives, and translate them into clear execution plans.
• Drive end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, structuring workstreams, and tracking delivery against outcomes.
• Support market expansion and growth planning through analysis, business cases, and execution support for new initiatives.
• Build frameworks, dashboards, and performance tracking to provide visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and execution gaps, and work with teams to resolve them and improve how the business operates.
• Prepare analysis, materials, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making, including reviews, planning sessions, and executive discussions.

Strategy Lead

• Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups on decisions and action items.
• Track CEO priorities and internal deliverables across teams, ensuring updates are collected, timelines are met, and issues are escalated early.
