About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution
- Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across teams
- Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships and strategic projects
- Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups and action trackers
- Work across product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams
- Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them
- Own urgent business problems that do not fit neatly into one department
Requirements
What you’ll need- High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline
- Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow-through operator
- Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities
- Strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation
- Able to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process
- Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder-led environments is a strong advantage
