About the role
- Lead complex investigations and manage high-risk performance cases.
- Serve as an escalation point for People Relations Partners, offering strategic guidance.
- Partner with Legal and HRBPs to shape and drive enterprise-wide PR strategy.
- Recommend and implement PR programs and interventions based on case trends.
- Contribute to policy development and ensure consistent application across regions.
- Represent PR in cross-functional initiatives and enterprise risk forums.
- Lead or contribute to PR projects.
- Support complex workforce changes and organizational restructures.
- Interpret company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
- Provide guidance to employees on workplace concerns.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of case status.
- Offer proactive risk mitigation thought partnership to stakeholders.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of HR experience with significant employee relations exposure.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive, high-impact cases.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, writing, and influencing skills.
- Skilled facilitator with strong conflict management and mediation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PR concepts, KPI measurements, and best practices.
- Expertise in drawing insights from data to create strategy and operationalize solutions.
- Ability to identify, track, and present on metrics of success with a results-oriented mindset.
- Highly collaborative and influential, with clear and concise communication skills.
- Exemplary attention to detail with the ability to proactively address workplace concerns.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence key partners on complex issues.
- High level of organizational maturity and ability to apply exemplary judgment.
- Independent and creative thinker with the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Deep knowledge of employee relations, including employment law and performance management.
- Business judgment to balance employee needs with company interests.
